Job Overview
Seeking a motivated marketing expert to lead our digital initiatives and elevate our online brand presence. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining all digital campaigns to meet organizational objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive digital campaigns including social media optimization, marketing databases, email marketing, social media engagement, and display ads.
- Develop and sustain an effective social media strategy to boost user interaction and enhance brand loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performances against KPIs and ROI targets, using insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Identify emerging trends and leverage data to optimize marketing budget allocation and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Innovate and implement growth strategies focused on increasing brand visibility and attracting new customers.
- Organize and conduct experiments and conversion tests to refine marketing approaches and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging landing pages and improve user experience across platforms.
- Use analytical capabilities to assess complete customer journeys across various marketing channels.
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining high performance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
