About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead brand strategy for the North Europe Cluster. In this role, you will champion the Royal Canin brand by developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns rooted in pet owner insights. Your efforts will ensure seamless and tailored touchpoints across various platforms that boost brand awareness, engagement, loyalty, and demand. Collaborating closely with both regional and market teams, you will enhance the brand presence at every interaction point and deliver definitive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth for the Royal Canin brand throughout North Europe.
- Lead cluster-wide brand strategy leveraging market data, brand performance assessments, and consumer insights.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets while ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.
- Monitor performance against key performance indicators and refine marketing plans to meet business goals.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build a seamless, super-premium brand experience aligned with global frameworks.
- Develop engaging pet owner programs that elevate brand awareness, encourage conversion, and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with media, content, direct-to-consumer, pet engagement, and market support teams for flawless campaign execution.
- Generate demand through strategic activation across paid, owned, and earned channels, reinforcing brand equity and growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive marketing background at local, regional, or global levels—preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, media planning, brand portfolio activation, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proven capability to influence stakeholders and achieve objectives without direct managerial authority.
- Strategic mindset with a history of delivering tangible growth and competitive advantages.
- In-depth understanding of consumer insights and customer-centric marketing methodologies.
