Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, data-oriented, and well-organized Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive to be a vital part of our expanding Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage websites, email marketing, and digital campaigns, guaranteeing that all marketing efforts are executed accurately and efficiently with the utmost quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content, promotions, offers, and landing pages ensuring all information remains fresh and engaging.
- Coordinate with website service providers to address any issues and apply necessary updates.
- Design, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns, supporting campaign setup and delivery alongside Marketing Managers.
- Create segmented customer audience lists and conduct thorough testing before campaign launches to confirm accuracy.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns with foundational analysis.
- Assist with customer communication efforts and CRM activities, maintaining accurate databases in compliance with GDPR.
- Prepare baseline reports covering all marketing channels.
- Handle the marketing inbox, responding promptly to internal requests and maintaining digital asset libraries and campaign files.
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and detail-focused marketer passionate about digital campaigns and marketing systems. They should possess excellent organizational capabilities and be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign support roles.
- Proficiency in managing website content through CMS platforms.
- Skilled in creating email marketing campaigns.
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Capacity to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems or email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or campaign performance reporting.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Automotive industry experience (beneficial but not mandatory).
