Role overview
This part-time onsite role in Australia focuses on strengthening brand presence across digital channels. The position blends social media management, content development, campaign support, and performance analysis to help grow awareness, engagement, and overall business outcomes.
What you'll do
You will plan and coordinate digital marketing activity across social platforms and other online channels, keeping messaging consistent and aligned with business goals. The role involves building content calendars, publishing engaging updates, supporting promotional campaigns, and helping shape day-to-day social media operations.
You will also watch audience activity, respond to interactions, nurture online communities, and maintain a polished brand voice. In addition, you will review campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, click-through rate, conversions, and follower growth, then use those insights to improve results.
The job also supports wider marketing work such as email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives. Market research, audience analysis, competitor review, and trend tracking are also part of the role, along with close collaboration with design, content, product, sales, and business teams.
Qualifications and working style
The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and audience engagement. Experience with social media tools, content scheduling platforms, advertising dashboards, marketing automation software, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms is valuable. Knowledge of content management systems and graphic design tools will be an advantage.
You should also bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, excellent written and spoken communication, and the creativity to produce brand-aligned content for different channels. Good organization, adaptability, and project management skills are important for handling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-moving team environment.
