Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to help expand our digital outreach, enhance brand recognition, and foster meaningful interactions with online audiences across diverse channels. This position requires a blend of creative content development, daily social media oversight, campaign support, and performance analysis to drive digital brand growth.
Key Duties
- Develop, plan, schedule, and post compelling content across multiple social media platforms and digital channels.
- Oversee the daily social media operations including engaging with the community, responding to audience inquiries, and maintaining clear brand communication.
- Collaborate in crafting and implementing digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand exposure, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as graphics, videos, blog entries, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
- Track and analyze campaign results using analytics tools and compile detailed performance reports providing actionable insights.
- Conduct market and competitive research, along with audience behavior assessments to pinpoint trends and opportunities.
- Enhance digital content for search engine optimization to elevate online presence using best practices.
- Assist with email marketing projects, manage content calendars, and support marketing automation processes.
- Work closely with design, content, sales, and product divisions to coordinate comprehensive marketing initiatives.
- Ensure uniformity in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and communication materials.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms changes, and new digital marketing innovations.
- Support online advertising efforts and conduct campaign effectiveness evaluations.
- Organize digital assets, marketing documentation, and campaign records efficiently.
- Handle incoming online queries constructively, fostering positive customer interactions on social networks.
- Generate ideas aimed at improving digital marketing success, audience expansion, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, social media strategy, and content marketing techniques.
- Experience with managing social media platforms, audience interaction, and community engagement.
- Competence in using digital analytics and reporting tools to gauge marketing performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and principles of online advertising.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common digital marketing or content management systems.
- Basic skills in graphic or content design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
