Role overview

We are looking for a creative, well-organized, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to help plan, run, and improve digital marketing efforts across several online channels. The position focuses on producing engaging content, handling social media accounts, tracking campaign results, and supporting initiatives that grow brand visibility, audience interaction, and overall business results.

Core responsibilities

You will assist with the creation and delivery of digital campaigns, manage content schedules, and develop persuasive material for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. The role also includes scheduling posts, publishing content, managing online communities, replying to audience messages, and keeping brand messaging consistent across channels.

Another important part of the role is reviewing campaign performance, studying marketing data, researching markets and competitors, and preparing reports with practical recommendations to improve results. Where needed, you will also support SEO, SEM, paid promotions, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and marketing automation activities.

You will work closely with design, product, sales, and business teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, customer acquisition, and retention goals. The role also involves spotting new digital trends, suggesting fresh marketing ideas, maintaining digital assets, and helping improve marketing and engagement strategies over time.

Qualifications and skills

This role calls for creativity, analytical thinking, strong communication, and excellent time management. You should be able to balance several marketing tasks in a fast-moving environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Additional requirements

A relevant professional certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or a similar area is considered an added advantage. Experience with social platforms, content management systems, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and marketing automation tools is also beneficial.

Working knowledge of web analytics, campaign measurement, digital marketing metrics, copywriting, editing, storytelling, Microsoft Office, and tools for graphics, video editing, analytics, or social media management will be useful. Strong coordination, project management, attention to detail, collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are important for success in this role.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
