About the Role and Company
Impact Beauty Group is a London-based enterprise focused on launching and accelerating mission-driven beauty and wellness brands across the UK and Europe. One of its portfolio brands, Manifesto Nutrition, is a wellness startup seeking a creative, ambitious, and analytical Marketing and Ecommerce Executive to help manage its direct-to-consumer channel. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support brand growth through content creation, email marketing, and growth strategy within a fast-paced, founder-led environment, ideal for those passionate about beauty and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content on Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Design visuals, including stories, posts, and brand-consistent graphics, using Canva.
- Manage content planning and scheduling with tools such as Later, Planoly, and Meta Suite.
- Stay updated on trends in beauty, wellness, TikTok, Reels, user-generated content, and cultural moments.
- Experiment with new content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
- Develop cost-effective marketing initiatives, including guerrilla marketing, partnerships, and micro-influencer campaigns.
- Support influencer outreach and engage with the community to grow brand presence.
- Identify potential brand or creator partnerships, lead discussions, and execute collaborations.
- Conduct basic competitor and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies in creating ad content.
- Manage affiliate programs, campaign execution, and performance marketing efforts.
- Update Shopify storefront pages to reflect promotions and new product launches.
- Assist with product listings and content linking for TikTok Shop.
- Utilize Figma to create moodboards, wireframes, or make simple layout modifications.
- Create impactful email marketing campaigns and flows using platforms like Klaviyo or Shopify Email.
- Write compelling copy for email campaigns, promotions, and product narratives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Track social media engagement, reach, and conversions to identify high-performing content and refine strategy.
- Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the founder.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about beauty and wellness culture, trends, and community engagement.
- Combines creativity with analytical skills to produce effective content and understand its performance.
- Proficient in Canva for design and social media visual creation.
- Experienced with Instagram planning and scheduling applications.
- Skilled in short-form video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Express.
- Familiar with email marketing tools including Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Comfortable making basic edits and managing product listings on Shopify.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop setup and listings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic familiarity with Figma software.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media and email marketing content.
- Resourceful problem solver thriving in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience managing influencer gifting or outreach programs is favorable.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Comfortable with fundamental photo and video production techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing content style, including informal or personal work, is beneficial.
- Additional experience with Amazon, Meta platforms, Google Analytics 4, CRM systems, SEO tools like Semrush, and behavioral analytics such as Hotjar is appreciated.
