Digital Health Product Manager

Role overview

A major hospital system in Texas is hiring a Digital Health Product Manager for a six-month remote contract. The assignment supports the digital member experience for Medicare Advantage and is suited to someone who likes shaping product direction, working closely with multiple teams, and building consumer-focused digital tools that enhance the patient journey.

What you'll do

• Set the direction for the Medicare Advantage digital experience and decide what gets prioritized on the roadmap.
• Convert business needs into clear user stories and product specifications.
• Work with engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and business partners to launch new capabilities.
• Maintain the product backlog and help drive sprint planning and day-to-day Agile delivery.
• Apply analytics and A/B testing to improve features and track performance.
• Coordinate with health plan, clinical, and operations stakeholders to strengthen member engagement and improve care navigation.

What they're looking for

• At least 3 years of product management experience on consumer-facing digital products.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile settings such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, health plans, or Medicare Advantage is highly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

This is a fully remote contract role based in the United States. The assignment duration is 6 months.
