Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to handle laptop setup, delivery coordination, and support after deployment for tools such as Outlook and Teams. The role also includes building meeting rooms from the ground up and assisting with audio-visual equipment.

Experience and Technical Profile

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on experience is required.
  • A valid and relevant certification is expected.
  • You should have a basic working understanding of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with the Bloomberg application is needed.
  • Prior exposure to audio-visual devices will be an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver deskside and remote assistance for incidents and service requests.
  • Identify and fix common issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Record, monitor, and refresh support tickets in ITSM platforms with complete and precise information.
  • Work within defined SLA targets and meet resolution timelines.

Qualifications

  • The candidate must be an Arabic speaker.
  • The ideal person should be well-mannered and neatly presented.
