Job description
Role overview
This position combines human resources coordination with administrative office support. The selected person will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintain employee records, and support internal communication and documentation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support routine HR and office administration tasks to ensure the workplace operates efficiently.
- Maintain employee files, document sets, and other records with accuracy and care.
- Liaise with different internal teams to help manage HR and administrative activities.
- Draft reports, update databases, and organize documents using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Help with onboarding activities, employee correspondence, and related HR coordination work.
- Carry out additional administrative assignments as needed.
Requirements
- The employer is looking for a female Filipino candidate.
- Prior experience in HR support and administrative assistance is required.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in a practical office setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal abilities, is important.
- Candidates currently on a UAE visit visa and able to join immediately will be given preference.
