Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and polish user-facing features from concept through to deployment.
• Create engaging, visually attractive user interfaces while ensuring smooth and effective user experiences.
• Build front-end features and implement business logic to support new and existing product capabilities.
• Iterate continually on product interfaces to boost user interaction, adoption, and conversion rates.
• Work closely with teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering to define requirements and guide product strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• Deep knowledge of user experience design principles, methods, and industry standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Skilled in using Figma or equivalent tools for interface design and prototyping.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating successful user interface designs and product development projects.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and at least one React state management library.
• Experience working with TypeScript and contemporary front-end development pipelines.
• Familiarity with MobX, AWS, and continuous deployment frameworks.
• Ability to translate design ideas into fully functional production-ready interfaces bridging design and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Self-driven and analytical mindset capable of working independently in a fully remote setup.
