Role overview
Delta Galil is hiring a Design & Creative Talent Partner to lead recruiting across its Design organization. The focus of the role is to identify, connect with, and attract outstanding creative professionals across multiple design disciplines. This person should be a highly driven recruiter with strong sourcing ability, a solid network in apparel and retail design, and a history of creating strong pipelines for difficult-to-fill creative positions.
This is a very hands-on hiring role for someone who enjoys talent hunting, relationship building, and consistently bringing in qualified candidates. Success will depend on the ability to deliver strong talent, grow candidate networks, and support hiring across all levels of Design.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for Design and Creative roles, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
- Create and apply fresh sourcing approaches to reach top design talent across apparel, intimates, sleepwear, activewear, and similar categories.
- Develop and sustain active talent pipelines in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, Print & Color, CAD Design, Creative Services, and Design Leadership.
- Use direct sourcing, networking, market research, and competitive talent analysis to find passive candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with promising creative professionals to ensure a steady flow of future talent.
- Drive candidate volume through outreach, referrals, industry networking, social recruiting, and talent community engagement.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify needs and quickly provide qualified candidate shortlists.
- Evaluate, screen, and present candidates with attention to both technical capability and cultural alignment.
- Keep candidate records, pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics up to date in the ATS.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, talent movement, and new design talent.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial emphasis on Design and Creative hiring.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring strong design talent within apparel, fashion, or retail environments.
- A well-developed network in the design community, along with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Advanced use of sourcing tools, Boolean search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
- Experience building and maintaining pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Ability to handle several searches at once in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
- Strong skills in candidate evaluation, relationship management, and closing offers.
- A goal-driven mindset and genuine interest in talent discovery and recruitment execution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
What we’re looking for
The company is looking for a recruiter who enjoys the search process and is energized by sourcing, networking, and finding exceptional talent that may not be easy to uncover. The ideal person will be persistent, resourceful, relationship-oriented, and able to consistently build strong design talent pipelines for the business.
Work arrangement
This position is hybrid, with four days per week in the New York City office.
Compensation
Estimated pay range: $125,000 to $145,000 per year. Actual salary may differ depending on experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.
Benefits
- Discounts on multiple brands, including Splendid, 7 For All Mankind, and PJ Salvage.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus basic life, voluntary life, disability, and critical illness insurance.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, 529 college savings plan, and tax-advantaged health and transit accounts.
- Personal leave, sick time, vacation, floating holidays, and company-observed holidays.
- Paid volunteer time off for charitable work.
- Regular team connection activities such as weekly breakfasts, monthly milestone celebrations, leadership panels, and both in-person and virtual team-building events.
