Role Overview
Stanley Retail Limited is looking for a Design and Sales Manager in Hyderabad. This role combines interior design planning with client-facing sales responsibilities, with a focus on modular kitchen projects and related design work.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand each client’s design needs and translate them into clear project goals.
- Develop concept sketches and layout ideas for modular kitchen designs.
- Estimate project costs and define the materials and resources needed during budgeting.
- Prepare schedules and timelines to guide interior design project delivery.
- Select and source the products and materials required for the approved design.
- Build mood boards that communicate the intended look and feel of the design.
- Use digital and computer-based tools throughout the design workflow.
- Review completed work to confirm that the finished result matches client expectations.
- Maintain a mandatory portfolio showcasing prior design work.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in interior design or a closely related discipline is required.
- A portfolio of completed design projects must be available.
- Prior experience handling projects and coordinating execution is needed.
- Hands-on exposure to computational design tools is expected.
- The candidate should be highly creative, imaginative, and artistically inclined.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to present design ideas effectively.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or comparable software is required.
Working Schedule
The job follows a Monday to Sunday work pattern, with one weekday off. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Compensation
CTC will be offered as per company standards. The stated salary range is INR 10,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
