Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks within the store.
• Focus on achieving key performance indicators through a target-driven mindset.
• Lead, encourage, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure the sales floor is presented to an excellent standard at all times.
• Manage stock levels to guarantee adequate supply.
• Continuously deliver exemplary customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a valid full driving licence.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving and diverse environment, with an ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability and flexibility to work varied shift patterns.
• Previous Assistant Store Manager experience is preferred but not essential if you demonstrate the right attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of €51,000, increasing to €60,000 after three years.
