Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks within the store.
- Focus on achieving key performance indicators through a target-driven mindset.
- Lead, encourage, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
- Ensure the sales floor is presented to an excellent standard at all times.
- Manage stock levels to guarantee adequate supply.
- Continuously deliver exemplary customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Possession of a valid full driving licence.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving and diverse environment, with an ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability and flexibility to work varied shift patterns.
- Previous Assistant Store Manager experience is preferred but not essential if you demonstrate the right attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
