Role overview
Mansfield State High School is looking to appoint two Deputy Principals to strengthen its leadership team. These are temporary roles, with one intended to begin in Term 4, 2026 and the other at the start of the 2027 school year.
In this position, you will work alongside a high-performing leadership team to support school improvement, contribute to student and staff success, and help deliver strong educational outcomes in one of Queensland’s leading secondary school settings.

The Deputy Principal will provide both strategic and day-to-day leadership across important areas of the school, supporting effective teaching and learning, student engagement and student wellbeing.
Working closely with the Principal, the leadership team and the wider school community, you will help advance improvement initiatives, strengthen staff capability and contribute to positive results for students.
