Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in steering the school community towards a shared vision centered on delivering outstanding educational outcomes for every student.
- Act as Deputy to the Principal and assume their duties when necessary.
- Maintain the role with a focus on ethical and values-driven leadership.
- Incorporate equitable, socially just practices into everyday school activities.
- Establish and uphold elevated expectations for both student achievement and staff performance.
