Key responsibilities
- Oversee the school’s inclusion portfolio and promote a whole-school approach to inclusion, student wellbeing, and engagement.
- Build teacher capability through coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Track student achievement and wellbeing information and use it to guide responses.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families and wider community stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of evidence-based teaching and learning practices.
- Contribute to strategic planning and day-to-day operational leadership across the school.
