Deputy Manager / Manager - Supply Chain Management

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and implement supply chain management (SCM) policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with business needs.
• Plan, prepare, and manage yearly and monthly budgets effectively.
• Oversee manpower allocation and management in accordance with approved budgets.
• Guarantee timely procurement of all consumables meeting business requirements to avoid line stoppages due to raw material shortages.
• Manage the purchase order process, including initiating vendor code creation and obtaining vendor selection approvals.
• Lead negotiations and finalize supplier pricing agreements.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely reconciliation of third-party stock.
• Maintain compliance with all SCM-related regulations and requirements.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives in alignment with the budget.
• Achieve assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct training sessions and update the skill matrix for team members.
• Ensure adherence to 5S methodologies and maintain safety protocols within the plant.
• Promote continuous improvement through Kaizens and suggestions for plant enhancement.
• Manage documentation related to business standards such as IATF, ISO, EMS, and OHSAS.
• Drive the implementation and ensure the effectiveness of the SAP system within SCM operations.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a diploma in any specialization.
