Role Overview
The Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing, specializing in Brand & Social, leads the deployment of brand strategies, monitors content production, and manages social media platforms to ensure consistent brand representation and effective digital advertising adherence.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement approved brand strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent brand voice.
- Analyze campaign metrics and create detailed performance reports to identify trends and actionable insights using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Oversee content development across various formats, coordinating with creative vendors to maintain brand consistency in designs, graphics, and scripts.
- Stay abreast of social media and digital marketing trends to refine content strategies collaboratively with internal technical teams.
- Manage daily activities across corporate social media channels, schedule posts, monitor community interactions, and address flagged content swiftly.
- Conduct competitor analysis in digital media to inform strategy enhancements and introduce innovative approaches to boost engagement.
- Produce analytical reports on branding campaign effectiveness employing tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush and use predictive analytics to enhance campaign ROI.
- Supervise digital advertising campaigns, confirm alignment with branding objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend strategy adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure all branding elements, internal and external, comply with corporate identity standards by auditing marketing materials, event branding, and partnership co-branding.
- Identify and rectify inconsistencies in brand usage across departments to maintain a unified brand image across all consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related discipline is required; MBA or postgraduate specialization in Branding or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of branding principles, digital marketing mechanisms, and content strategy, bolstered by relevant certifications (social media marketing, analytics).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in brand management, social media strategy, or corporate communications.
- Proficiency in executing multi-channel branding campaigns, performance analytics, and coordination with creative agencies.
