Role Summary
This full-time remote position is for a Deputy General Manager, Project Management. The role is responsible for guiding project teams through the delivery of important initiatives, while keeping track of schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks. The position must ensure that projects stay aligned with business goals, maintain efficient operations, and apply sound project management methods across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes engaging with stakeholders, tracking project progress, resolving conflicts, and sharing clear status reports with senior leadership. It also involves encouraging teamwork across departments, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should bring strong leadership and organizational ability, along with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and conflict resolution. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are important for working with cross-functional teams and updating leadership.
