Role Overview
The Deputy Director for Industry Partnerships & Enterprise Projects at NYP plays a pivotal leadership role in enhancing industry engagement, fostering enterprise collaborations, and spearheading multidisciplinary innovative solutions. This position is responsible for steering strategic alliances and projects that elevate NYP as a premier establishment for workforce transformation, applied innovation, and lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies that fortify NYP’s network of industry partnerships and broaden enterprise engagement.
- Identify and nurture strategic collaborations with corporations, Technical Advisory Committees, public organizations, and ecosystem collaborators within CET, TIE, and NYP360 sectors.
- Champion multidisciplinary initiatives to position NYP as a trusted entity for workforce change, innovation, and enterprise solutions.
- Lead and manage various enterprise projects under NYP360, fostering cross-school collaborations and delivering integrated solutions for industry needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and innovation stakeholders, supporting co-innovation and capability enhancement.
- Oversee CRM transformation projects and digital initiatives to enhance industry collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and reporting effectiveness.
- Guide, mentor, and align teams across schools and corporate departments to ensure coherent execution of partnership and enterprise development goals.
- Represent NYP in strategic forums, industry platforms, and institutional groups as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses relevant academic qualifications coupled with extensive leadership experience in industry development, partnership cultivation, enterprise engagement, business development, or strategic project management.
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of industry transformation, workforce development, lifelong learning, or innovation ecosystems.
- Has proven success in leading multidisciplinary collaborations and managing strategic institutional projects.
