Role Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Director - Brand Management with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the organization's brand management strategies and initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand equity and propelling business growth through innovative and consistent brand efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies that ensure consistent brand messaging and strong connection with the target market.
- Oversee all brand communication efforts including advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and public relations management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize brand initiatives with broader business goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and expansion.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support brand projects and optimize return on investment.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor brand performance through key metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance impact.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of brand management professionals fostering growth and accountability.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in brand management to continuously innovate and improve approaches.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven expertise in marketplace dynamics and category management.
