We design bespoke AI solutions enabling businesses to operate efficiently at scale and speed akin to leading enterprise software companies across various industries. Our software is uniquely adaptable, crafted by engineers proficient in both coding and understanding client needs.
Role Overview
As a Deployment Strategist, you will be pivotal in addressing complex business challenges through strategic, data-driven approaches. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve grasping customers' essential goals and creating operational workflows utilizing their enterprise data that actively facilitate business transformation. This role requires rapid iteration, building from the ground up, and enabling clients to enhance their operational performance swiftly.
You will serve as a bridge between intricate data ecosystems and strategic business objectives by developing innovative, practical solutions directly for enterprise clients. Coding and deploying production-grade software will be key functions in your daily work.
Core Competencies Sought
- Relentless dedication to customer success through solving difficult challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills capable of breaking down complex problems and devising strategic solutions that create measurable business benefits.
- Ability to independently manage projects with a proactive mindset, while collaborating with and seeking support from teams as needed.
- Expertise working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets in live production environments, along with hands-on coding proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-33% for client-related implementation activities.
Preferred but Not Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions in production.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP platforms.
- Competence in programming languages such as Typescript or Python.
Benefits
- A competitive base salary complemented with equity through stock options.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
- Opportunity to architect solutions and software systems from the ground floor during scaling phases.
- A small, focused team where individual contributions directly influence our mission's progress.
- Occasional company-wide off-site travel, typically under 10%, facilitating connections across our London and New York offices.
Company Principles
- Focus solely on impactful problems that significantly enhance customer profitability.
- Emphasize business outcomes rather than mere activity metrics.
- Practice forward deployed engineering by collaborating closely with end users in real settings.
- Customize software to fit the precise industry, workflows, data environment, and competitive context of each client, rejecting one-size-fits-all solutions.
