About the Role

We are a growing company in the security services sector, delivering professional protection and safety solutions to our clients. To strengthen our team in the Salzgitter area, we are looking for dependable and motivated people. The role is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, available to start immediately.

Salary is paid hourly and ranges from EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the specific area of work.

What You Will Do

• Monitor the sales floor and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out routine patrols throughout the store to help protect merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare reports on thefts and other unusual observations.
• Work closely with store staff to contribute to a secure shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

• Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or colleagues.
