About the Role
As a Department Manager, you will support the Store Manager and help your department deliver strong customer experiences and business results. The position is centered on leading execution across visual merchandising, trading activity, inventory management, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your department and ensure Brand direction is carried through in visual merchandising, trade activity, stock processes, and presentation standards.
- Guide and coach the team so they work effectively together within your department and alongside the Store Management team.
- Provide regular feedback to your manager and team to strengthen department performance.
- Use a commercial mindset to identify trading opportunities and practical improvements that enhance both customer experience and department outcomes.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer excellence while driving results through clear planning and direction.
- Represent the Cotton On Group Foundation and encourage the team to support projects that create meaningful impact globally.
- Step in to assist the management team with the broader day-to-day running of the store when needed.
