Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager for a retail store franchise of Raymond, located within Mumbai, Maharashtra. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and customer service activities on the store floor.
- Maintain discipline and order among staff during working hours.
- Prevent theft and secure store assets.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience leading a team of over 20 members.
- Reside within 25 km radius of the store location.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
