About Charlotte Tilbury Beauty

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty was established in 2013 by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE. Since then, the brand has changed how people discover and use beauty products by creating an easy, approachable, and giftable range for customers everywhere. Over the past decade, the company has grown rapidly, expanded into 50 markets and beyond, and built a global team of more than 2,300 people.

Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty operates as a fast-growing international business, supported by technology-led retail and product innovation. The culture values ambition, collaboration, bold thinking, and a shared drive to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

This position sits within Demand Planning, a key part of the Sales & Operations Planning process. The role is responsible for keeping SKU and customer-level forecasts current by using the latest market input from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and New Product Development. The aim is to create the most realistic demand outlook possible, with particular emphasis on supporting the procurement plan.

The company is looking for someone with hands-on Demand Planning and Supply Chain experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions. The ideal candidate should be tactful, confident in challenging assumptions, and able to handle difficult conversations when needed. A strong track record of improving forecast accuracy, along with an understanding of the beauty market, is also important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the Travel Retail and Middle East/Africa demand plan for sales-in forecasting.
  • Maintain a sell-through forecast at SKU and customer level to support the wider demand plan.
  • Hold regular reviews with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure the latest business intelligence is reflected in forecasts.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders so supply chain teams always have up-to-date information.
  • Partner with Customer Supply Chain colleagues to factor in customer inputs such as stock levels and shelf availability.
  • Support the monthly S&OP process by keeping regional templates, reports, and related materials current and ready for executive sign-off.
  • Evaluate and challenge regional new product development forecasts and make sure launch assumptions are built into the plan.
  • Act as the local forecasting specialist for relevant commercial teams.
  • Track and manage regional planning KPIs.
  • Help implement a new system tool that will strengthen the demand planning process.

Reporting Line

You will report to the Head of S&OP, EMEA.
