About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Lead with over 15 years of IT delivery background, specifically within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, including working with Databricks and the Azure Data Platform. This role requires strong capabilities in cloud data transformation and oversight of extensive offshore teams and large-scale delivery programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management for delivery projects focused on data engineering and analytics within the banking domain.
- Utilize expertise in Databricks and Azure Data Platform to drive cloud data transformation initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate large teams, including supervising 200+ members located offshore.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery programs to meet business objectives in financial services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT delivery within Banking or Financial Services industries.
- Proven expertise in Data Engineering and cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Databricks.
- Strong leadership experience managing large offshore teams and complex delivery programs.
- Any graduate degree is required.
