Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Business Transformation Director to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation projects aimed at fostering strategic expansion, operational excellence, and continuous innovation within the organization. This senior leadership position demands the development and enforcement of transformation strategies, process enhancement, acceleration of digital initiatives, and ensuring sustainable organizational success through adept change management.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee business process redesign and enterprise modernization efforts.
• Support corporate activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, Economics, or similar fields is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Extensive expertise in business transformation, organizational strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise change management.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, process optimization, organizational design, and performance enhancement.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, financial planning, and strategic execution.
• Commercially astute with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and creating lasting business value.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sharp analytical abilities, strategic planning capabilities, and executive decision-making experience.
• Proven ability to lead broad transformation programs influencing multiple business units and functions.
• Proficiency with ERP, business intelligence, project portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Prosci ADKAR, or similar methodologies is highly advantageous.
