Key Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients from deliveries to proper storage areas, including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare pizza and related products.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
• Conduct inventory and complete relevant paperwork.
• Carry out daily cleaning of facilities and equipment.
• Deliver orders to customers promptly using your own insured vehicle within the designated delivery zones.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Possess navigational abilities to read maps and locate addresses within delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and challenging terrains.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills, including accurate handling of money and ability to make change.
• Proficient in using computers or touch screens to enter orders.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varying temperatures from coolers (around 36°F) to hot kitchen areas (up to 90°F+).
• Adverse weather conditions during deliveries.
• Handling of hot equipment surfaces and occasional exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and mechanical parts.
• Physical activities including standing for extended periods, walking short distances, lifting cases up to 50 pounds, carrying trays of dough and pizzas, pushing and pulling dollies, climbing stairs or ladders occasionally, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to drive safely and deliver multiple orders per shift.
