Key Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment safely and effectively.
• Stock ingredients properly from deliveries to storage and work areas.
• Prepare food products according to company standards.
• Receive and efficiently process telephone orders.
• Manage inventory and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities daily.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers promptly, navigating various terrains including multi-story buildings.
• Distribute promotional flyers and door hangers within the delivery area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to a properly insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Good navigational skills, capable of reading maps and locating addresses within the delivery zone.
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to handle money transactions accurately.
• Physical ability to handle lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures including hot ovens and cold storage areas.
• Handling food odors, cornmeal dust, and working in confined spaces such as walk-in coolers.
• Use of equipment like computers, telephones, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
• Deliveries may require navigating adverse weather and terrain conditions.
