About the Role

Domino's is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Delivery Experts. In this vital position, you will be more than just a delivery driver; you will act as a customer service ambassador, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza orders directly to customers using your personal vehicle.
• Hand out promotional materials such as flyers or door hangers to boost business visibility.
• Navigate various delivery locations including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently bend forward at the waist for pizza assembly and customer assistance, lasting 30-45 seconds multiple times daily.
• Occasionally crouch or squat to perform cleaning or restocking tasks.
• Regularly reach in multiple directions, sometimes above 72 inches, to handle kitchen or delivery tasks.
• Use of hands continuously for tasks like shaping dough, assembling boxes, and handling kitchen tools requiring hand-eye coordination and strength.

Operational Duties & Skills

• Proficient in using computers, phones, calculators, and food preparation tools including pizza cutters and peels.
• Drive safely within designated areas while delivering orders.
• Possess good navigational abilities, including map reading and locating addresses efficiently.
• Maintain awareness for safe driving requiring good vision, including night and distance vision.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Carry pizzas and beverages over distances, including climbing stairs up to five flights regularly.
• Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle (insurance document in your name or declarations page required at interview).
• Minimum driving experience: 2 years if aged 18, or at least 1 year if aged 19 or older.
