Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food products as per guidelines.
• Receive and process customer orders via phone ensuring accuracy.
• Perform inventory checks and manage related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store premises daily.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages safely to designated locations within the delivery area.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery region, including multi-story and varied terrain.
• Basic math skills for quick and accurate monetary transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of using computers or touch screens to process orders.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying indoor temperatures (from 36°F in coolers to over 90°F in other areas) and outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical tasks include standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays and cans, pushing/pulling dollies, stooping, crouching, and climbing stairs frequently including during deliveries.
• Must be able to distinguish hot and cold surfaces, have good vision for driving day and night, and perform repetitive movements requiring motor coordination.
• Work may involve exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and sharp or hot equipment surfaces.
