Role Overview

The Delivery Expert plays a critical role beyond just delivering pizzas — acting as a customer service ambassador and vital team member at Domino’s.

Physical Requirements

• Often bend forward at the waist for pizza assembly, ingredient stocking, and customer assistance, typically lasting 30-45 seconds repeatedly throughout shifts.
• Occasionally crouch or squat to clean lower areas or arrange inventory.
• Frequently reach in multiple directions including above 72 inches for tasks like oven adjustments, signage updates, or stocking.
• Use hands continuously and forcefully for dough shaping, box assembly, and operating pizza tools, requiring strong eye-hand coordination.

Tools and Equipment Use

• Utilize computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and other food preparation and delivery equipment proficiently.

Driving Duties

• Deliver orders safely by car directly to customers’ doors.
• Distribute promotional flyers or door hangers during delivery routes.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Have access to an insured vehicle for carrying out deliveries.

Essential Skills

• Strong navigational ability to read maps and locate delivery addresses promptly.
• Capability to deliver to multi-level buildings, private residences, and other destinations while carrying pizzas and beverages.

Physical Activity

• Regular walking and stair climbing, sometimes up to five flights, between the store and delivery locations.
• Safe vehicle operation within set delivery zones.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during deliveries and flyer distribution.
• Good day and night vision required for safe driving and delivery accuracy.

Qualification Requirements

• At least 2 years holding a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of personal car insurance or a declaration confirming coverage under another policy; commercial coverage preferred.
