About the role

Domino's is looking for delivery drivers in Martinsburg, WV who can offer dependable service and flexible availability. This role is suitable whether you want a part-time schedule, full-time work, or an extra job for additional income.

Key duties

• Take customer orders in person and by phone, then process them accurately.
• Prepare menu items and support the food production process.
• Keep ingredients organized in storage areas, the production space, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the store area each day.
• Help share marketing materials as needed.
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers and teammates.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with a safe driving history that meets company expectations.
• You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• You should be able to read maps and find addresses within the delivery zone.
• You need the ability to move through difficult terrain and multi-story buildings.
• You should be comfortable driving in poor weather, including rain, sleet, snow, strong winds, and hail.
• A positive, helpful attitude is expected.
• You must follow the company's image and uniform standards.
• You should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• You must be committed to maintaining high quality standards in a busy environment.
• Core skills include quick and accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, possibly with a calculator.
• You should be able to provide correct change.
• You must be able to enter orders using a keyboard and touch screen.
• Good hand-eye coordination is important.
• You should be able to complete assigned tasks within set time limits.
• The job involves long periods of standing, brisk walking or running when safe, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds rarely.
• Some ladder use may be required for cleaning, maintenance, and sign changes.
• Deliveries may involve carrying items up five or more flights of stairs.
• You will frequently bend, crouch, and reach while preparing food, stocking, and cleaning.

Physical and work conditions

Most work is done while standing for long stretches. Delivery team members may need to move quickly between the store, the vehicle, and customer locations when it is safe. Package weights and sizes can vary from delivery to delivery.
