Key Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery zones to appropriate storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and process orders received by phone or in person.
• Perform inventory checks and complete relevant documentation.
• Deliver pizzas and promotional materials promptly and safely within designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain safe and efficient driving practices during deliveries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Possess a clean driving record consistent with company policies.
• Must have access to a properly insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Ability to navigate using maps and effectively find delivery locations, including multi-story buildings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic mathematical skills to handle transactions and make change accurately.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and maneuver products and equipment, sometimes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions, with exposure to food-related odors and hot surfaces.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, and manage stress while maintaining quality standards.

Physical and Work Environment

• Frequent standing and walking, including short distances between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of bulk items, including stacking shelves up to 6 feet high.
• Exposure to indoor temperature variations from cold coolers to hot ovens.
• Work may involve navigating stairs, crouching, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling trays on dollies.
