K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a delivery driver for its Tobacco Rd location in Georgia. The team aims to create a family-like workplace, support employees in reaching their goals, and offer a chance to earn extra income in a flexible, fast-moving environment.
Compensation
The role pays a flat hourly wage of $10, with no tip credit or split pay. Drivers keep all customer tips and mileage reimbursements. Depending on driving time and earnings, total income can reach up to $25+ per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring food orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Deliver a strong customer experience and leave a positive impression.
- Assemble customer orders and package them securely for transport.
- Check product quality before items leave for delivery.
- Confirm the assigned vehicle is safe and ready for use before each trip.
- Handle orders received by phone or online.
- Prepare and package food items to company standards.
- Distribute flyers or door hangers along delivery routes.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Candidates need at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries is necessary.
- Valid auto insurance proof must be available.
- The role requires passing a criminal background check.
- Candidates must also pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
