About the role
Domino's is hiring delivery drivers for the Lincoln & Mineral Streets location in Keyser, West Virginia. The role is a strong fit for someone who wants flexible scheduling, whether the goal is a part-time arrangement, full-time work, or a second job to earn extra income. The position combines delivery work with store support and customer interaction in a fast-moving food service environment.
Key duties
- Take customer orders in person and by phone, then process them accurately.
- Prepare food items and assist with product handling as needed.
- Keep ingredients stocked in storage, production, and cooler areas.
- Clean equipment and the facility each day.
- Hand out marketing materials when required.
- Speak with customers and coworkers in a polite, upbeat manner.
- Support management with additional assignments as needed.
What the role requires
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving history that meets company expectations is required.
- You need access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
- You should be able to read maps and find addresses within the delivery zone.
- You must be comfortable handling difficult terrain, including multi-level buildings.
- You should be able to drive in poor weather such as rain, sleet, snow, strong winds, and hail.
- A positive, helpful attitude is expected.
- You must follow Domino's image and uniform standards.
- You should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- You must be willing to maintain high quality standards in a busy setting.
Skills and work abilities
The job calls for quick and accurate basic math, the ability to make correct change, confidence using a keyboard and touchscreen to enter orders, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
Physical demands
Much of the work is done while standing for long periods. Delivery staff are expected to move quickly, when safe, between the store, the vehicle, and the customer's location. The role can involve lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds rarely. It may also require occasional ladder climbing for cleaning, maintenance, or signage work, along with frequent crouching, bending, and reaching. Deliveries may involve carrying items of varying sizes and weights, and some addresses may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.
