• Basic math skills for handling money and making accurate change.
• Strong verbal and written communication to take and manage orders effectively via phone and in-person.
• Ability to learn on the job through provided orientation and training programs.
• Passing background check and motor vehicle report required; must be at least 19 years old with one year of driving experience on a regular license.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to diverse weather conditions and temperature variations ranging from 36°F in coolers to over 90°F in some work areas.
• Handling of hot surfaces and potential exposure to food odors, dust, sharp edges, and machinery.
• Frequent standing and walking on various flooring surfaces; occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance tasks.
