Job Overview

The Pet Transport & Animal Services Driver will be entrusted with the safe, comfortable, and timely transit of pets between various locations such as clients’ residences, veterinary clinics, grooming centers, boarding sites, airports, and more, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport pets securely to and from specified places.
• Ensure pets are safely restrained and comfortable during travel.
• Handle animals with confidence and gentleness, adhering to company protocols.
• Monitor pets for any signs of stress or illness throughout transit.
• Maintain a calm and secure environment during trips.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of pets and related equipment.
• Comply with all animal welfare standards and operational procedures established by the company.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle for cleanliness, fuel, air conditioning, and safety features.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment sanitation at high standards.
• Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Drive responsibly in line with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer interactions.
• Confirm pet identities and service details during pickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate any delays, incidents, or special instructions to the Operations team immediately.
• Maintain accurate trip records and service confirmations.
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch guidelines.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism with all clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a valid UAE driving license with a clean record.
• Proven professional driving experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with animals is advantageous.
• Comfortable handling pets of different sizes, breeds, and personalities.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in using smartphone apps for navigation and work communication.
• Physically capable of lifting transport crates and handling animals safely.
