Team members may drive their own vehicle and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to help offset fuel and other vehicle-related expenses, or they may use a company-provided vehicle if they meet the driving and vehicle-history conditions.

Applicants can use a personal car for deliveries or, if eligible, drive a company vehicle. To use a company vehicle, the driver must be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record, and have at least 2 years of driving history.

The role may involve travel through difficult terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairways. Candidates should be able to work independently, collaborate well with others, handle pressure, meet quality standards, make sound decisions, and perform repetitive tasks.

Additional physical tasks include bending, stooping, reaching in multiple directions, handling tools and materials, using hands continuously, and performing work that requires coordination, gripping, pinching, and visual and hearing awareness. Driving also requires far and night vision.
