Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas efficiently within a specified delivery zone, completing multiple deliveries per shift.
• Operate all store equipment and maintain cleanliness of tools and facilities daily.
• Manage stock by moving ingredients from delivery areas to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Assist in product preparation and process telephone orders accurately.
• Perform inventory checks and handle associated paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face, using clear verbal and written communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record consistent with company standards.
• Possess a reliable vehicle with current car insurance for delivery purposes.
• Navigation skills to efficiently locate addresses within the designated area, including multi-story buildings and varied terrain.
• Basic math skills for accurate handling of monetary transactions and use of calculators.
• Ability to operate computer systems including keyboards and touch screens for order entry.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk short distances during shifts.
• Capability to lift and carry supplies and ingredients, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying temperature conditions from 36°F inside coolers to over 90°F in heated areas, and under adverse weather while delivering.
• Adapt to confined workspaces and exposure to food-related odors and dust.
• Handle hot equipment surfaces safely, such as ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher.
• Perform activities requiring eye-hand coordination and repetitive motions, including shaping pizza dough.
