Role overview
As a Deli/Bakery Team Associate, you’ll focus on preparing fresh, high-quality food items for customers. The role centers on working with shoppers at the service counter, replenishing merchandise onto the sales floor, and keeping the area clean and food-safe.
Pay details
The hourly pay range for this role is $16 to $29. The pay rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also apply in certain situations, with rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. More than one premium may be paid if multiple conditions are met.

Responsibilities
Your main duties include preparing deli and bakery items, assisting customers at the counter, stocking the sales floor with incoming products, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
