Key Duties

• Efficiently prepare and serve quality foods during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as chilled products.
• Oversee daily kitchen activities under the direction of the Deli Manager.
• Maintain inventory effectively and exercise appropriate portion control.
• Ensure cleanliness in compliance with HACCP standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme.
• Perform deli-related checks post-training to uphold quality and operational standards.
• Work flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends throughout the week.
