Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality food efficiently while managing costs.
- Oversee daily kitchen tasks across all meal periods and chilled items as instructed by the Deli Manager.
- Handle stock levels and control food portions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with HACCP food safety standards within the workplace.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote the company's loyalty program actively.
- Complete deli inspections after training to uphold standards.
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings throughout the week.
