Role and Responsibilities

• Your primary duty is to manage and conduct poker table games.
• You will warmly welcome and assist guests, clearly explaining game rules and ensuring service excellence at the table.
• You will handle chip exchanges and the incoming/outgoing payments securely, accurately, and dependably.
• You must expertly operate chips, cards, roulette balls, and other gaming tools to maintain flawless gameplay.
• Constantly monitoring the game's progress, you maintain fairness at the table and strictly enforce all applicable regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Quick learning ability, strong concentration, and manual dexterity are essential.
• You should exhibit an open, communicative personality with a pleasant demeanor.
• Remain focused, dependable, and efficient even during busy periods.
• Fluent German, good English skills, sound numerical understanding, and quick mental arithmetic are required.
• Team spirit, discretion, loyalty, willingness to work shifts and weekends, and a clean criminal record complete your profile.
