Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee client portfolios and holdings to identify and monitor risks related to market events.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of GTN's core product offerings and stay updated on industry developments and new investment products.
• Collaborate with trade surveillance teams by providing insights and firsthand perspectives on trade-related matters.
• Support senior dealing staff and the Dealing Manager with daily tasks, including ad hoc reporting, research activities, and client communication.
• Provide trade support and client assistance via phone, email, and approved messaging platforms for the GTN Asia client base, including international order routing for 80+ global stock exchanges.
• Effectively work across diverse internal and external teams spanning APAC, MENA, US, Europe, and Latin America regions.
• Learn and operate GTN Asia’s proprietary trading systems within the broader Global Trading Network context, covering equities, derivatives, structured products, mutual funds, and fixed income instruments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of all required Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licenses for brokers and brokerage businesses: CMFAS M1B, 2A, and M6A.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a brokerage and dealing room environment.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg terminal usage is essential.
• Capability to cover shifts aligned with UK/European and/or US markets.
• Ability to provide comprehensive trade support and maintain communication across multiple time zones.
• Strong ability to collaborate with varied teams globally, including APAC, MENA, US, Europe, and Latin America.
