Key Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of all kitchen station duties including frying, breading, assembling, prepping boards, and general food preparation.
• Replenish kitchen stock and inventory responsibly as needed.
• Ensure the kitchen area remains orderly and clean at all times.
• Stay informed about newly introduced Chick-fil-A products and processes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to leadership.
• Engage actively in required in-house training to keep skills current.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing tasks diligently.
• Adhere strictly to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and workplace policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
