  • Function as the intermediary between the Mortgages business unit and Business Intelligence teams, translating business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools, emphasizing automation and improvements in reporting efficiencies.
  • Maintain responsibility for data definitions, business rules, critical data elements, and data quality standards throughout the mortgage function.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of data aligned with agreed business logic and authorized data sources.
  • Define and oversee data quality controls, investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, coordinating with technology, business, and data stakeholders where necessary.

  • Promote and enhance data literacy and a culture grounded in data throughout the Mortgages department.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related domain.
