Job description

Role overview

Join a high-performance team focused on creating lasting client impact and building long-term capabilities. The work environment is fast moving and demanding, and it suits people who enjoy solving difficult problems, learning from setbacks, and adapting quickly. In return, the role offers mentoring, apprenticeship, coaching, and growth opportunities designed to accelerate leadership development.

What you will work on

You will be part of a cross-functional group developing MarketingOS, an AI-driven operating system for modern marketing, along with an AI agentics platform that helps clients improve how they plan, activate, measure, and optimize marketing performance.

The role involves collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, marketing specialists, designers, and business stakeholders to build advanced ML, GenAI, and agent-based systems that address complex client problems across multiple industries.

You will use strong technical expertise in data modeling, data pipelines, integrations, transformations, machine learning, and GenAI application development. The work will include large structured and unstructured datasets spanning marketing, customer, media, commerce, CRM, and campaign performance systems.

You will also partner with leadership and client executives to define business problems and convert them into analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions. The position includes research and development of advanced statistical and machine learning methods and applying the latest AI and marketing innovations to client challenges.

What success in this role looks like

  • Build and improve AI-based systems for modern marketing workflows.
  • Develop data models, pipelines, transformations, and feature engineering components.
  • Work with large-scale data sourced from APIs, databases, cloud storage, event streams, and external platforms.
  • Create GenAI solutions such as retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, tool-using agents, prompt orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and API-integrated models.
  • Apply MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, QA, and risk-management practices to machine learning solutions.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical analytical and AI-driven approaches.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and present complex ideas effectively.

What you will gain

The role comes with a culture of continuous learning, clear feedback, and structured development support. Your ideas are expected to matter from day one, and diverse viewpoints are valued as a core part of strong decision-making. You will work in a global environment with colleagues from more than 65 countries and over 100 nationalities, and you will have access to a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits for overall well-being.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong command of Python, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, plus experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and Spark.
  • Solid knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, transformations, feature engineering, and data quality practices.
  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources such as APIs, databases, cloud storage, event streams, and third-party tools.
  • Hands-on experience creating GenAI applications, including RAG, agentic systems, tool-based agents, prompt orchestration, evaluation methods, and API-based model integration.
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, QA, risk controls, and engineering best practices.
  • Ability to break down unclear business problems and shape them into analytical, machine learning, and AI solutions.
  • A collaborative style, strong ownership, and humility in working with others.
  • Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
  • Exposure to marketing and customer data platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager, Adobe, Salesforce, CDPs, CRM systems, data clean rooms, or commerce platforms is an added advantage.
